Salame fatto in casa<\/h3>\n

Salame secco composto per l’85% da spalla di maiale e per il 15% da lardo della schiena affettato. Condito con sale delle saline di Sicciole, pepe e vino in cui \u00e8 stato ammollato l’aglio. Essiccato per 2 o 3 mesi in condizioni che consentono alla carne di fermentare e sviluppare una muffa bianca nobile.<\/p>\n
